Returns & Refund

At Peto Pia – Petopia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.


Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like pet food, grooming products, or personalized items) cannot be returned.


Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.


Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
